Boxing: One of the oldest and most revered fighting styles, boxing provides a solid foundation of competitive skills. Proper footwork, mobility, technique and mindset are developed throughout this course, offering competitive applications as well as an excellent exercise program for those not interested in competition.
Kickboxing: This module teaches the fundamentals of Muay Thai style kickboxing, both for exercise and competition. Integrating punches, kicks, knee and elbow strikes, this is a devastating and complex style of fighting, and it can offer a great workout as well as competitive ability.
Grappling: Combining Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and “catch” wrestling, this module teaches the submission holds, positions and maneuvers necessary to become a competitive grappler and provides an outstanding workout: building endurance, body strength, agility and flexibility.
Mixed Martial Arts: Made famous by the “Ultimate Fighting Championships®” among other similar styled events, Mixed Martial Arts is in many ways the evolution of modern competitive martial arts. This module integrates the skills of Grappling, Boxing and Kickboxing into a devastating blend of styles allowing for a full range of competitive skill sets, as well as an unparalleled workout.
